When to stop running...?
I have been running my whole adult life- a few marathons and half marathons included. I also walk 2-4 miles a day w my dogs and do kickboxing and yoga. All through 2nd trimester I've been able to do my three mile loop, slowing but still feeling good. The last weeks I've been getting cramps/side stitches and have started walking. First it was at 2.5 miles... Now it's after only a mile. Anyone run through these like normal, or is it a sign I need to walk only? Should I call my doctor? Any advice is appreciated
