Anyone's 13 week old still?

Anyone's 13 week old still waking every 3-4 hours at night?? 4 hours is the longest stretch at the beginning of the night and by the time I go to bed I get 2 hours 😩 she is swaddled, fed, but she can't make it longer. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

My lo is 13 weeks today and EBF. I've noticed if he doesn't eat as much during the day, he'll wake for an extra nighttime feeding (or 2). If he eats well & frequently during the day, he can go 6 - 6.5 hrs at night for his first stretch. He will wake up to nurse and then sleep another 3.5ish hrs before eating again. Otherwise if he's too distracted during the day to nurse well for whatever reason, he's up every 2 hrs. 😩 He's only about 13-14 lbs so he's not super big for 13 weeks.

My baby will be 13 weeks in 3 days... I've just barely found a solution to help her sleep longer (so I can get things done around the house & get sleep myself)...The longest she's slept so far is
7 hours 40mins!! WANT MY SECRET? Heres it goes...I start after her last night time bottle which is around 9 or 10pm she'll have her last bottle for the day. After she's done and burped I get her stuff ready for a bath. And make the water a little warm and not too cold. I pour water on her from her bath with a cup, wipe her clean and continue to keep putting water over her, I talk to her and she sucks her fists and coo. I let her stay in the tub until she fusses ready to get out or when her water gets cold...I don't take her out after I wash her and when I'm ready for her to get out. Then when she's ready I pick her up in a towel then dry her & put her on the changing table. Then I put coconut oil on her tummy, arms, legs & diaper area. (You can use lotion). Then I let her stay there naked on the changing table until she fusses ready to get off the changing table & while I put things away off my bed and get the room picked up. When she fusses ready to get off then I put on her diaper & onesie & socks. Then I pick her with a burp rag on my shoulder cause she will have to burp then she burps and I put her on her tummy in her crib. Immediately give paci & cover her with a light sheet and she's already having her eyes closed & sleep before I turn off the light. AND THATS IT...it's been working well so far.😀

Yep. My son slept awesome as a newborn and is now waking every 2 hours most nights. Or he will sleep for about 3-4 hours then wakes around 2 am and is then up every 2 hours. I hate doing it but sometimes especially when my husband is out of town I will put my son in bed with me so he will sleep longer. I swear the little stinker knows what he is doing because as soon as I prop him up next to me he will smile. 😣

Yep. Lo was doing amazing at 2 months sleeping 5 to 6 hours a night EBF, but would cluster feed before bed time (during the day would eat approx every 2 hours) Now, starting last week at 12 weeks his pattern is changing. He's eating approx every 3 hours during the day and has stopped cluster feeding before bed. One tired Mama here, and he has been feeling a bit under the weather 😢.

Yeah I'll get a 4 hour stretch but after that he's up every 2 hours. It's been like that since birth so I'm used to it now. Just learned to function on little sleep and I'm back to work. I just go to bed when he does so I at least get some uninterrupted sleep

Mine is the same! He just went through his 12 week growth spurt where he woke up every two hrs and yesterday he finally slept for 4 hrs again and I was sooo happy lol. I tried baby wise but I think I am going to wait until 4 months (after his sleep regression)

Try adding in an extra day feeding. And best advice, babies go through some awful sleep regression. It is nothing you did, recrute help so you can catch an afternoon nap. It will make a huge difference! Also cosleeping and dream feeding are huge helps. Some kiddos aren't sleepers.

Mine is 12 weeks and she sleeps from 8pm-3am; nurses for 10 mins then is back down for another 3/4 hours. She is EBF. As of right now, I do not know if she is nursing out of habit or if she needs the extra calories. One site I read said once they are 16lbs they "technically" no longer need to wake up for night feedings.

The longest he sleeps for is 5 hours. But he only wake up to eat and then he falls back to sleep
