I am supposed to be 10 weeks tomorrow this is my second baby. I'm not bloated but I feel like I look a little big to only be 10 weeks. This is a current picture of my size. And I'm very petite when not pregnant. So my question is it my uterus just expanding or does it look like I'm having twins? I've been having dreams of twins slot lately before I even started showing. Haven't been to the ob/gyn yet I go in a week.
