3rd trimester and the gym
So I'm 27w4d and have been trying to g to the gym 2-3 times a week since 13 weeks. Is anyone else feeling totally demotivated. For years you go to the gym and workout to lose weight or tone up and I'm going to the gym and just getting fatter and heavier. It feels like every visit is a waste of time! Somebody show me the cake! 🍰🎂
