Yes! Finishing Touch or No! Finishing Touch

I am a swimmer as well as swim instructor and a lifeguard. I am used to plucking my bikini line using tweezers and every few months I get a Brazilian wax done. I recently downloaded the 'Wish' app where I found a laser hair removal item called 'Yes! Finishing Touch' which is supposedly like a 'No No' -- for those who don't know, it's a hand held item and when you run it over your arm, leg, etc it's uses a laser for hair removal. I am curious to know if someone has purchased this and what it's like, if it's just as good or better than No No. Also, if you have it, are you able to use it on your bikini line or on your whole vagina? ( I know it's probably a stupid question but if you can't, there's no point on me getting one really or even if I can use it on my bikini line that's okay).
