How exactly do you know the set week & day of how far along you dare?

Hi there, first month TTC, but lots of research along the way. I've had about 7 BFP since last Thursday. And I'm telling my husband tonight :)
How exactly do you know how far along you are? Last period start date was July 26. My fertility window was August 4 thru the 9. There was a lot of trying going on during that timeframe, so idk what day we conceived?
Last week (Thursday thru Saturday) the ClearBlue said 1-2 weeks, and on Sunday the test said 2-3 weeks. Can someone help me figure out the most accurate week & day?

26th of July was also the first date of my last period,  and my edd is May 1st or May 2nd depending on what app I use.  When you do your ultrasound scan later on they will tell you exactly how far along you are.

It doesn't matter when you conceived, they calculate the due date (and how far along you are) based on the date of your last period.  Mine was also 7/26, and our "due date" is 5/2. They can change it along the way though based on baby's development.

As of today we are 4 weeks 2 days. Trippy that thy count the 2 weeks before you even ovulated in the 40 weeks, but they do haha. I think of it like a freebie. :)

Do a Google search of due date calculator. My last period was July 27, and I have 30 day cycle, my due date is may 5th.
