Miscarriage

So I went to my first appointment today and the urine test came back negative, I've have taken manny many pregnancy tests and they've all came back positive including the one I took at a hospital almost a week ago. I'm 4w and 2d. I'm having what feels like terrible period cramps and Everytime I go to pee, there's blood clots and dark red blood, Everytime. And im supposed to start my period about now. How long will the bleeding and pain last? And what can I do...... I'm so upset right now..
