Sickness and folic acid
I'm either7 or 8 weeks pregnant (midwife app on 31st). My sickness has been too much (gp gave me anti-sick tabs that do not work) I'm sick every day almost all day.
i was taking pregnacare but then everytime i put the pill in my mouth or tried to swallow it i would vomit and vomit after swallowing it. Same with Folic acid. I have no idea what to do I'm worried that something bad could happen to my little bean...
I heard theres a bar called Nutrimum is that something any ladies have tried?
I will mention this to my midwife but for now I need to find an answer..
