I have a legal question if anyone can answer or ask their hubby's

There's is someone very evil who is getting charged for child abuse .

Of course the military found him guiltily he even admitted to hitting a 5month old on more than 1 occasion 🙁 any way my question is

Since he is getting 30days in military jail and getting kicked out can he get time in jail once he's a civilian again?! I hope so!
