Bitch box

So at work we have this Bitch Box in the break room for our irritated thoughts about whatever. Recently I put some things in that box about 2 people I work with. It says things like they are lazy, and only stand around and talk all day. It's annoying. And I'm not the only one who notices! So every 6 months at our store meetings, the box is read out loud during the meeting. Most of the stuff is funny and the serious notes don't get read. So what I wrote will be seen but not read out loud. But now they will know how people feel. Was I wrong to put how we feel in the box?

Anyone ever have a similar situation? How did you go about it?
