I have only ever used u by kotex security tampons, and I always insert them correctly but I ALWAYS leak, why does this keep happening and what can I do to fix it?

try a different brand and if that doesn't solve the problem use a higher absorbency (like if ur using normal use super instead) or change the tampon more often
