I am trying to become pregnant by using intrauterine insemination with no medication at this point. No known fertility problems and I'm 34 years old. I have done one round so far with no success. I know it's not uncommon not to get pregnant the first time. I'm wondering if there is anyone who has been through something similar. How many tries did it take for it to be successful. I'm hoping for some tips or advice to increase my chances. That's if there are any.. I used an ovulation kit and was inseminated the day after my LH sure. I hope I'm doing it all right.
