Should we find out the gender?!?!?!

We have an ultrasound in 2 1/2 weeks. He wants to know but if I choose not to find out he says he'll go along with it, but, now idk what I want to do... Pros & cons to both. Please help!!!!

We went back and forth on it for a long time but ultimately decided to find out the gender and keep it a secret from everyone else to keep the element of surprise.

I wanted to know, hubs didn't, so I found out, he didn't lol. Simple!

Hey, you do you. Personally, I think the extra time during pregnancy to use he or she instead of it and call baby by his/ her name helps make things more real and is giving us extra bonding time but not everyone feels the need for that. It's just my reasoning for wanting to know.

We were the same way - he wanted to find out and I didn't but would for him.  We then had a couple sets of friends say they had done both (find out early and wait until baby is born) and both said the surprise was waaay better waiting until birth.
So we are waiting.
