New job: When should I tell my boss?

Hi everyone!!! I just started a new job this week. I am 16w3d pregnant. I don't have a bump yet. Lol I just look chunky. When should I tell my boss that I'm pregnant? I'm still going through orientation. Also, are there any mommies making a good living from home after the baby arrives?
