Help! Health and diet struggling with 1st tri
I'm not a junk food type of person ever since I took off 55lbs about 2 years ago. I've kept a very clean ( mostly palo) diet for about the last couple months along with working out 5-7 times a week.
Ever since I became pregnant about 8 weeks now I've struggled with working out and food. I'm a personal trainer for crying out loud - I know I should eat whatever I want and not workout. Literally I have an aversion to help right now. I have worked out the last 3 days but it's defiantly exhausting working right now.
I'm looking for support from individuals that have been in my shoes and regained their normal habits ( as much as possible) in the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Honestly I want to hear from every one struggling. Need someone to jump in my boat 😁 with me !!
