Im embarrassed to ask so i am asking anonymously! But on that area of the boob mine is kind of bumpy, (mainly when nipples are hard) and from time to time i find the bumps appear with a white head so i squeeze an a little (im guessing bra dirt) comes out! Am i the only one??? Please tell me im not!  My paps are always great! No infections, no cancer knots just weird pimple like bumps from time to time on my areioa!!
