Non-Stop Bleeding After Mirena Removal

I had my mirena removed after 2 years on 8/8. I got AF 8/11. It seemed to end on 8/19. But throughout the course of the day almost everyday I get bright red spotting. Some days it's worse than others. Hubby and I are TTC, will this affect our ability to get pregnant? I am supposed to be ovulating today, but have some spotting. Does this mean I'm not ovulating? Im so confused! Any help would be much appreciated.
