I recently just tried it with my SO of 3 years. Did it before didnt like it.... But with my SO, make sure they know to make your body comfortable... Make sure YOU are comfortable. Here's my tip, try laying on your stomach and relax your body and let them do it from behind, but every female is different and get comfortable their own way. But make sure they take it slowly and use alot of lube... It'll hurt the first couple strokes but do not tense your body up. It'll be very painful 😩

Use LOTS of lube. Water based is best. Take it very slowly. Make sure that your partner is willing to listen, and stop if necessary. I don't really do any cleansing, other than making sure that I definitely don't need to make a bowel movement, and showering beforehand. I've never had a problem with anything getting on my partner, or me, or the sheets. Once again, make sure that your partner will really listen, go slower, and/or stop if needed. Have fun!
