Feeling not very pregnant

So I'm 17 w and 4 days and woke up this am just not feeling pregnant. I mean I have my sore breasts and heard his heart beat yesterday at dr appt but woke this am just looking my normal size and belly feeling my normal not hard but just fat lol anyone else ever felt like this??? I feel a little crazy.
