Need advice...not looking for compliments
my brother is all into fitness and stuff so I go to him for advise and I show him this picture today telling him I'm going good, slow and steady for the body I want and he immediately tells me maybe you should go to a nutritionist you need to lose more fat. It totally killed me feeling good about myself. I've always been a thick girl, no way around that. And with my ex my body complex just got worst and my family doesn't help they are always telling me how thick I am and how big my cheeks are is just annoying, any meal plans (nutritionist are too expensive right now) advice that could help will be appreciated, thank you.
