Tips on traveling with a six month old

Any of you mamas taken a trip with your little one yet? We are taking a trip on Labor Day weekend with our six month old daughter that involves a 10 hour drive.. Does anyone have any tips on traveling with a baby? How to entertain them in the car, just general tips, what I need to pack? I'm a FTM so I've never done this before.
