Nuva ring period. Stress

I've been under a lot of stress, a lot of things changing in my life all at once. I'm on nuva ring period should have started yesterday or today and all I have is clear discharge, no other symptoms but migraines from stress. Is this just normal late period from stress? Honestly nothing else bothering me
