So, all day today, I've been having stomach problems. Like diarrhea/gassy type cramps, but no diarrhea. And I have a pain in my upper right back that I thought was a pulled muscle from doing laundry this morning, but I'm not entirely sure. Now, for the last hour or so, I feel like I have to pee, like really bad, but when I sit down to go, it's only a little, but I feel like my bladder is empty. But as soon as I stand up, I feel like I'm about to pee in my pants! But again, only a little comes out. Could that be a uti?
