When did you tell your family you were pregnant?

So when did you tell your parents you became pregnant? We just found out we are expecting and I want to wait a few more weeks just to be sure we have a sticky bean but my husband wants to tell everyone right away. So just curious what everyone else did 😄

We told our family right away. For us, if we miscarried we would've let them know anyways, so we chose to tell right away. We personally think every child is to be loved and celebrated for as long as it is alive no matter how long that is. We didn't announce it on Facebook or anything till after our first ultrasound, it's totally a personal preference!

Told my in laws at 7 1/2 weeks. My parents found out through my sister  at about 10 weeks (we do not have a relationship)

We told his parents around 8 weeks and I told my parents closer to 12 weeks (I don't have much of a relationship with my parents.)
