I'm 11 weeks and I keep reading that once I hit my 2nd trimester my sickness will go away. I haven't had much sickness but will be happy when it's gone, is it true that it will go away in a few more weeks? Also I know it's an old wives tale but since I don't have much morning sickness could it mean I'm having a boy.
