How often should you have sex during your fertile window? I've heard every other day is best, and that everyday is fine, which is it?!!!?

Every day is best unless your guy has semen issues, in which case every other day would allow the sperm to build up more

I try everyday during my fertile window if not every other. Either is plenty. Sperm can live up to 5 days in fertile cm.

With my ex we had sex everyday but it was easy because we lived down the street from each other, but my current boyfriend now we barely do only because he doesn't live with me & we're always working. But when we do it's amazing 😍😍😍😂
