I'm 37 and a half weeks now and i am currently SUFFERING from swollen labia.. I don't have any infection and i think it could be caused by panty liners. I have been wearing (very thin) unscented panty liners for the last week or two because I don't want a huge mess when the rest of my mucus plug decides to make an appearance. (I've lost small chunks but nothing big)

however, i know my baby is very low and engaged and he has been causing me terrible pelvic pain but I'm not sure that would cause my labia to swell??? I'm not really 100% sure what is making me so irritated.. it's very frustrating :(

any thoughts? anyone else struggling with this?...
