Will my nipples go back to normal?

I was warned that with pregnancy I'd probably get really dark areola and nipples. But they're so dark and huge is kinda scary. At least they aren't sore anymore but I'm already self concious about my pregnant body. My belly is huge at only 23 weeks and I feel like my boobs look scary. My SO doesn't care, he never says anything. But I really hope my body goes back to normal. Or at least close. The scary boobs have to go.
