Help! I'm at work and it is seriously painful to stand up. It feels like my vagina is aching and like I have to pee, but I don't. It just randomly came on. I took ibuprofen to help with the pain but I want to know if anything can bring this pain on? It feels like it is inside my vagina, kinda in the very lower part of my stomach. It is aching and hurts very badly to walk or if I sit a certain way. Any suggestions on what it could be and if I should go to a doctor? Like I said it just started about an hour ago.. I leave out of town for the lake on Friday at noon and I don't want to go with a blown out UTI but idk if that's what this is
