groin pain

Hey ladies ,

So I have a really bad pain in my groin on the left hand side. I have tried pain killers and Nouthing seems to work as far as pain killers so I have also tried a hot water bottle and that hasn't worked I don't know what this is has any one got any ideas of what this could be?? It would be much appreciated.
