Pill vs cola 🙊

Ok, I know this is going to sound stupid 😂 but I drank cola and then a few minutes after my alarm went of that I had to take my pill, so I did. The next day I had the worst cramps ever, I almost curled up in the store, and then I had like white sticky discharge. So my question is could cola have ate the pill away? And the pill didn't work 😂
