Hey guys it's just always bothered me thinking about going to the gynecologist for the first time. Is there any suggestions on how to not stress so much about it? 😅😰

Just know you're not the first person they've seen and they're there to help in any way they can. It's their job

I was personally freaked out the first time because my dr was a guy but I switched to a female gynecologist and I kept in my mind that they see thousands of women and there's nothing to be afraid of. If you're going for a Pap smear, it's not so much painful but uncomfortable.

Yeah honestly it's not that bad as you think it might be. It hurts for a bit if your getting the checkups but other than that it's pretty nonstressful!
