You just....keep going. It's a terrible experience, and I hope to never go through it again. Of course my heart aches for the what ifs and what could've been but it wasn't meant to be because my baby wasn't healthy. You just have to accept it and keep going or you'll spiral into a dark place. Give yourself time to grieve and don't feel guilty by what other people say, especially those who've never experienced miscarriage before. It's tough, no one knows what to say because there isn't anything to say to make this pain go away. What will help is time, and a rainbow at the end of the storm 🌈
