What can I eat to curve sickness

I have got constant nausea all day and all night I had it with my last full term pregnancy but that was 7 years ago 
I literally feel like I have vertigo just nausea all day what can I eat or anything ?!?! Xx

Ginger root! Very good for vertigo. Garlic also. B vitamins as was already mentioned can help too.

So you are pregnant? I had all day all night sickness with my pregnancy also, I just stuck to simple salads with vinegar for dressing, saltines and B vitamins, ginger gum, and Unisom.
