idk what to do. stressed! help

I just moved out I'll be 21 on Sunday, I've lived out of the house before but 10 minutes away. I just spent my first night here with my boyfriend and where we are living is 4 hours from my grandparents and 6 hours from my parents. I have really bad anxiety and I'm starting to second guess everything is this normal am I just nervous? Will I get used to it?
Idk. It's hard for me. I have really bad health anxiety too and it's a small town I don't know if any doctors or the hospital accepts my insurance and to top it off I have all these weird purple veins I noticed last night after moving everything... Idk if it's spider veins but idk why I'd have them or like a blood clot or something so my anxiety is through the roof ugh
