Try this! I can take pills because they make me sick and I cant take gummies because they don't have iron in them. I get this from amazon. Mix 1tbs in with a smoothie or juice. You can even taste it and it doesn't upset your tummy!

Same thing happened to me with those.. I take Flintstone vitamins and folic acid OTC now and feel great

I take these, too. I got a script for vitapearl but it costs me $60. And they make me feel nauseous. I had these gummies, too, and started taking them again. I wished they didn't have the sugar grains or whatever it is.

I have those same gummies but I only took them like 3x due to HG. Couldn't even keep down a sip of water for 3 months. I haven't taken prenatals in either pregnancy but took them before I got pregnant, which is supposedly when they matter. So if you can't take anything, don't beat yourself up about it. Feel better!!
