cluster feeding reducing pump supply?

I used to pump 3 oz from each side but now he is cluster feeding and only getting maybe 1 oz combined :( 
Is this normal?

Not sure if normal but it has happened twice to me and my LO is 8 weeks. I normally pump 4oz on both breasts but when he's cluster feeding I barely get an ounce. It's super stressful

Sometimes it's just stress/feelings. The other day I pumped and I got like an ounce, which of course made me feel bad and I kept pumping and no more came out, and then I let baby nurse on the other side and I got another ounce from pumping because she caused a letdown. Most of the milk you have is made when you use it, you don't really store as much as you think you do. Just keep nursing and make sure that your pump doesn't have any loose connections or worn fittings. You can do manual expression too. It takes a week or two for your milk supply to regulate to baby needing more or you pumping more.
