First prenatal appointment

I am 12 weeks tomorrow and have my very first prenatal appointment! I live in Texas and am on pregnancy Medicaid. What are the chances they will check baby's heartbeat or do an unltrasound?

I called and I asked what to expect and they said just my medical history and urine sample. But I forgot to mention how far I was (over the phone). Do you think when I go in tomorrow and tell them how far along I am, that they will do more than just that?
