Vaginal swelling

I'm experiencing what feels like swelling and irritation down below at 33w. I recently went to the restroom and used wipes that irritated it more, then wiped that with tissue and there was a small amount of blood and a bunch of clear not so gooey discharge. Any thoughts or advice? My doctor said swelling is normal but I'm not sure if I described it correctly. And the bleeding just started.
