How is the best way to log your period do you go ahead and say you started when you start spotting or do you wait until it's full fledged period lol

I do mine when it full on starts and last day I'm not bleeding at all anymore. Because I can go a day with no bleeding then bam, it's back the next.

Spotting isn't your period. It's just spotting. So don't log until it's actually bleeding.
