i have heavy discharge and i also usually wear thongs in public. but of course then there's not a whole lot of protection. so i run into this problem where i feel all this discharge leaking out and then it goes through my underwear, AND my pants. every. single. time. it's this wetness that usually can't be seen since it's clear but i can feel it and i can't sit down normally a lot of times because i don't want to transfer that onto seats. like that would be gross. i feel so disgusting. i tried using extra absorbant pantyliners. do i have to sacrifice wearing thongs? does anybody have advice? it seems almost like not a normal thing that other girls go through and i feel gross and abnormal. please, what do i do?
