I took my very first dose of Clomid today!

We had our first appointment with a fertility specialist today & he immediately prescribed me Clomid. My husbands semen analysis came back saying he only had 3 million out of the normal 20 million. He had blood work drawn & we have a follow up appointment in 3 weeks to discuss options to get his count up. The doctor wanted to go ahead & start me on Clomid though because I haven't ever ovulated & he said he has seen cases where women end up pregnant after a round of clomid even with the husbands low sperm count.

Has anyone else been through the same thing? Also, I don't really know what to expect while taking Clomid, but I've heard of bad side effects. Any stories and/or advice?! Thanks!!
