TTC while trying to lose weight?

Was just wondering if there are any safe exercises that women can do while TTC and then continue while they're pregnant?

There's loads of exercises you can do :) I do weight lifting and have only had to lower the weight I use and do it slower. Swimming is a great exercise. Jogging/walking is excellent (don't take up running if you haven't done it regularly). Don't overheat and make sure you drink lots of water and wear loose and supportive clothing.

Walking is an excellent way to lose weight and can be continued throughout your pregnancy. Keep hydrated at all times.
