I use this medicine (pictured) (all natural I guess) to help with cramps, but lately it hasn't been working. For some reason I think my body is used to midol and alieve and ibuprofen that it just doesn't work for me. I told a doctor when I got my birth control taken out that ibuprofen doesn't work and she told me that shouldn't happen 😬😅😳 long story short I need either really good remedies, medicine or birth control that will help with my cramps and horrible periods. I know you guys aren't doctors but I want to know what works for you 🤔. Thanks for the help ❤️
