I keep having to pee all the time

I don't know what's going on with me but wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience. For about a week now I'm constantly having to pee, or atleast feeling like I have to..most of the time pee comes out. I was thinking maybe I had a UTI but I don't have any other symptoms. Any advice is appreciated.
