Is it ok to be late on ur period?

My BF & I have just started having sex (& he's my first) we've been dating on and off (mostly on) for a year. But I haven't had my period yet this month... usually I would've had it now... & I've taken a test but it came back negative I'm still uneasy & nervous... Any input?

This just happened to me last month!! I thankfully got my period this month so you have nothing to worry about! I've read that having sex for the first time can change a lot of hormones in your body so it'll throw off your period. Just wait it out and if you're still nervous then take another pregnancy test, it doesn't hurt to try it. But other than that you should always use condoms no matter what! Sure it feels good raw but you don't want unwanted pregnanciess!  Lol
