Not making it

So I don't think I can breastfeed. My son is days old I'm sure some milk is in and one nipple is already raw and the other won't stay hard enough for him to latch right. I have in on night 2 and supplemented whole while in hospital with syringe bc I was paranoid. Lc said he was fine but would only latch with there help. Now I'm home supplementing with formula in syringe and bf less and less bc it hurts and he gets so frustrated....now I feel like I can't go back to ebf 😯
