Help! Freaking myself out. Implantation?

I'm 12 dpo, tested yday and BFN. Today I spotted for a few hours and now am cramping (not like AF cramps), but only on my right side. I stupidly google'd this and have now convinced myself that if I'm pregnant that it's ectopic.

Anyone have experience here?
