WHY AM I LOOSING MY HAIR?!?!

I am 3 month post pregnancy and my hair is coming out in HANDFULS! I am freaking out about this, and i am getting a bald spot! What can I do to help with this? I am starting to get self conscience about my hair now. I know after you have a baby you loose hair, but damn it is awful! Help please!

It's normal. You hormones are still leveling out so unfortunately hair loss is one of those unpleasant side effects.  It only lasted until 6 month pp with my first child so hang in there.

It's happening to me too. One of my friends did my hair for me today and the whole brush was full of my hair! Ughhh

My hair came out in clumps too and lasted until 6 months post partum.   I have thin hair to begin with.  I just took showers for awhile without washing my hair.  I used dry shampoo for a good while as well.    Your hair will stop falling out. 🙂

I have a few bald spots around my hairline. I look ridiculous. I got a few of those turban headbands to help hide it when I need my hair up. 😭😭 5 months pp and it's not letting up. Good thing I have thick hair.
