Back aches
They're so awful! My moms convinced it's all the ligaments stretching (3rd pregnancy) since it goes from my mid back down to the side of my legs. It comes and goes through out the day and it's not painful but it's achy and sore. I'm 6+3, is anyone having anything similar or had it before? What helps or what are some things I can do to prevent it?
